Orders and customer service

Aqua Sprint uses your name, email, phone, delivery address and order details to arrange delivery, process payment, issue invoices and respond to enquiries. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Aqua Sprint does not receive your full card details.

Google Ads measurement

With advertising permission, Google Ads receives browser/device information, advertising click identifiers, page information and confirmed online purchase events containing a non-personal order identifier and actual EUR total, including any bottle deposit charged. This measures advertising results and supports ad optimization. Names, emails, phone numbers and addresses are not sent as customer matching data. Cash and cheque payments are not measured by this browser purchase setup. Google may process information outside Cyprus subject to its safeguards.

In the EEA (including Cyprus), UK, Switzerland and Canada, and when your region cannot be determined, the Google tag and purchase events are blocked until acceptance. The country-only lookup cannot distinguish Quebec, so all Canada is treated as requiring consent. Elsewhere measurement may run unless you refuse or an applicable advertising opt-out is active.

Your choice and withdrawal

Accept and Reject are equally available. Cookie settings at the bottom of every page lets you change your advertising choice anytime. Rejection or withdrawal stops subsequent advertising events, including across other open tabs. Events blocked before acceptance are never replayed.

Your browser stores a randomly assigned visitor reference, country, decision, time, notice version and text, and previous decisions as evidence of consent or withdrawal. Each purchase measurement stores the event-time choice and country locally. These records remain in your browser until site data is cleared; Google advertising storage follows Google’s retention settings. Clearing browser data removes the local records and asks you again.

Read Google’s advertising privacy information and Google’s privacy policy for its processing and opt-out options.
